Alexander Quinn - Ascension Channel: Dear all We are still in the grip of that powerful eclipse corridor that I've been talking non stop about recently. Deep inside it still. The heaviness. The head pressure. The digestion issues. The waking at 3am. The wired yet sedated feeling. The joint inflammation. The chest tightness. The strange sense of being both exhausted and overstimulated at the same time. All to be expected whilst the body recalibrates.  First, Pause. Breathe. We are not at the beginning of something. We are mid restructure. The solar eclipse has already removed external positioning. The compression phase peaked...but removal is not the end of the process. What follows removal is redistribution and redistribution can feel more destabilising than the initial event because the old narrative has dissolved but the new clarity has not yet fully formed and it can play havoc...
