It feels like time for a general chit chat. It's been a while. Ascension symptoms/experiences... The ear-ringing is so loud now. I wonder that people can't hear it outside of me. My appetite is healthy - maybe the extra food is grounding me. I am pleased to be a little bit interested in food. Usually I struggle to care about eating. Sleeping well most nights, thankfully. Bizarre dreams are common place. I play 'Spot The NPC' on my daily walk.
