Last night I was chatting with a close Light Warrior friend who has a family member going through a terrible time. My friend is currently the rock for his family member. I asked my friend how he is holding up under the strain. He said, 'You know what, Sierra, even with everything that is happening, I am still a 7.5...'

To explain, when I was life coaching him several years ago, we used a continuum scale each week (1 - 10) to rate how he was feeling. If he was under 5, we had work to do. By the end of our coaching, he was consistently rating around 8.5 to 9 every week. To be peacefully rating at 7.5 right now when he is super stressed is a credit to his grounding work.

As for me...? I like to be around 8.5. As I said to my lovely friend when he started the coaching journey and regularly rated himself at 3 or 4...the half points count...!

    A beautiful cloud ship pic from Laurie, and a very strange/ odd split sky that could wake up some sleepers, but the ones driving in their cars may be too busy driving, so they won't notice.
    I had some trouble with breathing yesterday, felt anger and couldn't make it go away, but I managed to see it from 60.000 foot perspective. I decided that I would not let it ruin my happiness and common sense and today it has passed. It must have been old stuff coming up to the surface to be released.

Spectacular Cloud Ship Pics

Blog reader Phud sent me these spectacular photos of cloaked starships over Florida.  Here is his explanation. As he said, often pictures do not do justice to these experiences. 'As a combat experience aviator I have witnessed strange, unexplainable, physics defying, aerial phenomenon in the course of my career. Reporting those type sightings always ended up as "Classified". This occurrence was in that vein.   The pictures really don't do the event justice.' (Phud)   There are starships called rainbow starships. They flash red/green/gold lights at night. They often sit low on the horizon for extended periods of time. I am sure many of you will resonate with this Ascension list. I certainly do. We Are Preparing To Receive The Masses

This morning I was explaining to my friend Bev the purpose of this new blog.
