Guest Post: Coach Jerry

Dear Community of Love and Light,
Have you ever wondered what our future external "bodies", our physical, divine, immortal bodies, will ultimately look like? Feel like? Be capable of?
Will they be sort of translucent? Will we finally be able to access 100% of our brain's capacity? Communicate through clairvoyance?
I fancy that we will be capable of traveling beyond the speed of light. Perhaps inter-dimensional, intergalactic transportation will be merely a typical lunch date for us. (Smile)
I believe our Ascension will conclude with, or, at least include, such a divine design. Indeed, we will occupy new bodies. A complete transformation and physical presentation.
The animal kingdom might give us clues. Albeit, I am unable to think of an adequate example... Molting, of course, is the process whereby animals shed old skin, feathers, fur, or exoskeletons to make way for new growth.
The concept of allowing for new growth is an interesting one, but not nearly an adequate description.
Perhaps the metamorphosis of the caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly has some similarities. Living in this 3D movie-matrix can often feel like being trapped inside a dark cocoon... while waiting for our breakthrough, our physical transformation, into our spiritual freedom to fly... to soar beyond the clouds.
Personally, I subscribe to the age-old biblical description below.
I paraphrase:

We will not all die, but we will all be transformed!
Yes, it will happen in a moment, in the blink of an eye, when the last trumpet is blown.
For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies.
Then, the prophecy will be fulfilled:
“Death is swallowed up in victory.
O' death, where is your victory? O' grave, where is your sting?

One thing is for certain, dear community... our change is coming and it will be other worldly, glorious, and divinely given. We will be one with Source... no more fears, no more tears. No more pain, sickness or disease.
Walking in total peace will be our daily lifestyle. Indescribable, unspeakable joy will be our dominant emotion... and we will live together, in eternity, each moment, full of love, light and truth.
Sounds good to me. See you there.

In 1992 I attended a weekend seminar in Odense, DK, with the spiritual teacher Michael Barnett. I knew some people who were disciples of him, but I considered myself as a guest in his community. His teaching was a mixture of meditation and something he called energy work, where he tuned in to the energy of the people in the room and made a connection to the eternal energy space. There was a moment where I felt eternal, loving and peaceful. After the seminar we were some people who went back together by train to Copenhagen and it was like we were a little group of angels who hed just arrived in 3D land, full of love and light among the Earth people. Back in Copenhagen we parted and over the next days I gradually 'sank' into the 3D world again, but with a beautiful memory of having been in 5D for a while.- I guess this was a taste of what is to come...🕊

Torsten, what a delightful story..! I can just see you little band of angels on the train, bravely stepping back into 3D land after your beautiful 5D experience.. I have had many experiences like that, where I have gone on meditation retreats then stepped back into the matrix. It can be quite shocking. Like you, I retain the memories of the people I met. DeleteMy birthday is tomorrow, on Nov 7. I am turning 30 years old, which many people consider a big milestone. However, I haven’t been able to muster any excitement about it until today. I realized yesterday that I have been experiencing very low self esteem ever since I parted ways with my friend Kelly at the start of September. That experience drove me to double down on self improvement, but I finally noticed how sad I have felt because I’ve been so focused on what I think is wrong with me for 2 months now. I decided to put all of my “self improvement” on hold for this whole month, so I can focus on what is good and “right” in my life. I don’t care about my physical age, but I created a much better reason to celebrate my 30th birthday. I have been a soldier at war for 30 years; I have been on my mission, the most difficult mission of my existence, for 30 whole years. I have won every “battle” that I’ve fought since I was born, including not surrendering to the jab propaganda. I am choosing to be very proud of myself for making it this far without losing my compassion, my gentleness, and my sanity.

DeleteAnael, Happy Birthday from NZ! It is 7th November here today. Sorry for the late response - I have been out all day. A few days ago I was talking to my dear friend Coach Jerry about the number of friends I have let go of in the last year or so. Each time, it takes an adjustment.

DeleteThank you everyone for your birthday wishes. Today I have been doing my best to stay on the surface of life and stay lighthearted, since my default is to go deep, and that can be suffocating if I don’t come up for air once in a while. My heart feels like it’s coming alive again, slowly, but still noticeably.
DeleteWell done, Anael. We Light Warriors are just trying to get by at present, one day at a time - sometimes one hour at a time. We are all doing the very best we can on a daily basis, and we are beyond heroic.
DeleteI guess I'm confused. Because so many in the spiritual community are saying there's going to be some "big flash" before we ascend, and we'll come out on the other side of it transformed, even if many thousands (or millions) of years have passed on Earth (while those who do not choose to ascend this time around will "perish" and start new lives on another Earth-like planet), while so many others are saying we only have those 2 timeslines and we are already often in that 5D timeline, and soon there will only be one... which is why it feels like so many people are disappearing in our lives right now. So which is it... a big Flash or a gradual shift until the 2 timelines completely split?

While no one person has all the "answers", I personally believe, with respect to your concerns, that actually BOTH are happening... gradually through what we call death, dying and timeline shifts... and there will also be a massive event of spectacular transformation.
