The Slingshot Phase

This article from Jenny Schiltz is titled The Slingshot Phase.  It is a must-read. I found it riveting. Highly recommended for all Light Warriors currently navigating their way through the madness.

Finally, short post today...

Update on Ascension 'symptoms'/experiences... I am having regular aches in my upper chest area...bouts of strong heart palpitations...moments of sudden intense dizziness...disrupted sleep (I usually sleep soundly) and yesterday my sinuses streamed non-stop for a whole day. This is just SO much fun, isn't it...!! At least we are in good company - it is very reassuring to read of other Light Warriors experiencing similar issues.

Phew. Won't we be glad to get out the other side of this craziness...?? Oh, the war stories we will tell each other at the Victory parties.

Meanwhile, another reminder: Put your own oxygen mask on first. Every. Single. Time.

Hugs to all you lovely blog readers.

  1. Yesterday I felt so courageous, but today not so much. There's a song by Tom Petty: 'I'm learning to fly, but I ain't got wings. Coming down is the hardest thing'. It helps to look at it from a 60.000 foot perspective🕊

    2. Torsten, we Light Warriors are all having those moments. Life is a steep emotional rollercoaster for us right now. We are doing the very best we can, moment to moment. Love, Light and hugs to you and Hanne.
And Eileene, yes Tom Petty is a great musician...! (Note the is....)

  2. I had a sore diaphragm yesterday and my sinuses have been drier, as well as my eyes. I sleep for only a few hours a night and am totally awake after that and still go the whole day without feeling tired. My legs feel like I need to keep stretching them, hey maybe I’ll grow another couple inches again.

    1. Indigo, thank goodness we understand why we are experiencing these strange bodily symptoms. I am learning to relax into them and trust the process.
