ENERGY UPDATE

Dear all,
Why have things suddenly become so extremely intense, even just over the last 2 to 3 weeks and especially in recent days? Let’s take a closer look for a moment. For those who follow my work regularly, the Arcturians have spoken about the Sun providing energy and light codes. They have also spoken about there being increasing amounts of energy arriving from outside of our heliosphere coming in great waves that you can read in past posts right here scrolling back.
So to give an example what happening right now lets go back to July 1 of this year, when scientists detected an object from outside our solar system, which we all now know as 3I/ATLAS. Almost immediately after ATLAS arrived, it was noted that it showed strong electrical and plasma activity, even giving off X rays. On top of that, its behaviour appeared to line up in timing with bursts of activity from the Sun. All of this already made it highly unusual but it gets more interesting because on July 2 scientists recorded the longest gamma ray burst ever observed, and the second strongest in history. Instead of one blast, it arrived in three powerful pulses, with the last being the strongest, and in a rhythm that appeared ordered rather than random. Even more weird is this massive burst came from nearly the same part of the sky as 3I/ATLAS and appeared at almost the exact same time the object was first noticed.

We have not only been experiencing this energy, but it has been causing havoc within the four bodies and consciousness creating overload, sleep issues, gut issues, disorientation, elation, and everything from vertigo and headaches to heart palpitations. This is creating ascension timelines for reasons those who read my posts will understand regards not only why this must happen, but how it affects humans. And so the energy is magnifying everything in consciousness, so that as of late there is an energetic return that is much closer to instantaneous. Put simply, where the soul is in alignment, energy flows freely and there is pure source connection. Where it is not, there is an almost instantaneous vibrational return as of late like a kind of immediate vibrational hangover which can cause bouts of tiredness that come in waves which effect some more than others.

This is why some lightworkers are feeling very tired at the end of this year amongst other reasons. They are not used to instantaneous manifestation, or what people call “5D,” which is really the multidimensional expression of a high ceiling of consciousness along with all the physical upgrades that have hit the neurological body almost non stop in recent days and weeks. And so going to back the energies, In short, we had an unusual object, a record breaking cosmic explosion and precise timing all converged at once. These huge energies are still arriving from “out of town” and the sun is turbo charging the experience. It also creating a portal for many souls to prepare leaving and finishing contracts which began to speed up again around August. More on that another time.

At the same time, the Sun is reminding us that “out of sight” does not mean “quiet.”There have reports of a massive filament eruption tearing away from the far side of the Sun are being framed as a release of stored magnetic energy from a region we cannot directly observe in this moment. Whether or not any one eruption is Earth directed, the larger point is this. When solar magnetic systems become stressed and reconfigure the downstream consequences can include disturbed space weather conditions that reach deep into the technological systems we depend on, not just the body which feels it. And we are seeing this all around the world. Two nights ago, for example, the sky over London turned purple. The Ionosphere is changing colour. Your seeing the planet ascend quite literally in front of your very eyes and we haven’t even mentioned the earthquakes and volcanic activity that has been going on because this is where it stops being abstract and becomes real.

We have seen how quickly modern life can be shaken by large scale outages. The April 28, 2025 Iberian Peninsula blackout cut electricity across Portugal and Spain disrupted transport, telecommunications, and essential services. Around that time, there were huge solar flares and intense solar activity, alongside energies arriving from outside our heliosphere along side that where rapid changes in Earth’s magnetic field which drove geomagnetically induced currents (GICs) through long conductors such as transmission lines. Those DC currents saturated transformers, causing heating, creating harmonics, and triggering protective systems then cascading into widespread problems. It caused cells in the body to also heat up creating more temperature fluctuations within people more more night sweats.
Many of you are feeling this “wired and tired,” almost “I’m going crazy” sensation, because your nervous system is under an enormous barrage of incoming light particles at this time coming at all directions. This can cause skin issues, itching, night sweating, irrational thoughts, hyper emotionality, and more. What your body feels, the electrical grids also feel and so what happened in Portgual happened again in the US yesterday when 592,000 customers recently lost electricity overnight across the U.S. Pacific Northwest, Washington (377k), Oregon (204k), and Idaho (11k). Restoration hasn't been easy because of high winds and an incoming atmospheric river.

These light codes and photonic particles coming from the Sun and further afield are showing us where we must not only upgrade our systems, but also live, eat, work, and sleep in new ways so that we can release resistance and feel better operating in higher frequencies which is now pushing this adaption faster and stronger as we get closer to the event horison in 2030. But it doesn’t stop there. Because we approach the Winter Solstice on the 19th ( tomorrow) and then we arrive at a threshold moment. The solstice is the portal highlighting even at the cellular level the end of cycles, turning points, and the quiet reset before renewal must begin. It is the pause in motion where what has been building beneath the surface reaches a point of conclusion. And so this can feel confusing for some, as vibrational returns within the holographic matrix speed up, and manifestation may temporarily slow down. For this reason, I have said to all my clients this week, look very carefully at your reality right now. What is happening with people, places, things, and animals. Nothing is a coincidence. Everything is a messenger either allowing for greater understanding or acting as a symbol, if one stops to view the signal, regarding timeline closure or where fear that must be released or both. So now is a time to slow slow slow down as really feel the energies so that you can understand what they are showing you, or where your soul is directing you should I say.

And so this is going to show up as long running patterns, personal narratives, and collective cycles that have been sustained through momentum rather than alignment reaching natural endpoints around this time, which for some within linearity can actually create more panic as those anchors through light show were release must allow for upgrades and expansion. For those who have been consciously engaging in inner work, reflection, and awareness, this moment will feel clarifying like a final punctuation mark that allows something new to begin. For others who are not ready, or who have resisted necessary change, the same energy may feel destabilising, confusing, or emotionally heavy.

This is why some lightworkers are saying, “Alex, why is such heavy energy arriving?” And I always reply with "ask ones own free will first" Your reality is only a representation of your own manifestation something starseeds and lightworkers often struggle with conceptually, without fully innerstanding that they are powerful creators and can change their reality so incredibly quickly to match that which source can create more expansion and healing in order for the planet to ascend.
And so what makes this solstice particularly significant is how it operates below the surface, not only through dramatic external events, but through the subconscious persistently revealing truths that can no longer be ignored which as the physical level of the bodies creates headaches and nausea when rejected. As discussed in the 12.12 transmission, these moments are not random. They are convergence points where time, awareness, and intention intersect. The solstice on the 19th ( tomorrow ) serves as a closing gateway showing each soul to consciously choose what continues forward and what is left behind. Thats a big choice for some because the energies are pushing for inevitable transformation and the change is speeding up and so  for some the dream is manifesting as the highest time line already, and others it is the hangover that only gets worse and worse. Free will.

And so at the moment, many  different energies are interacting with consciousness in many different ways right now, and this can make some feel as though they are being torn apart energetically, depending on where they are in the convergence, as my Arcturian channelled message just before this one, but the truth is, it’s the most exciting time to be alive. Truly. But change is afoot, and change is an unwelcome goodbye to familiarity. Old earth and her time lines are firmly closed now. They actually closed in 2012 but that is a post for another time. From tomorrow onward the energies will ask souls to slow down for a short while. Don’t fight that which you cannot yet manifest. You will have plenty of time when the 2026 codes begin uploading next year, and wow, what a year that is going to be. In the first week of January, I will be releasing my usual predictions video, and there is so much to share. So many wonderful changes and exciting developments for humanity. Let’s just say: the hard work is about to pay off. ( To confirm, the solstice energies will already be in the quantum field on the 19th before the 21st )
