I received an email from a lovely blog reader. He said he is so exhausted and experiencing terrible isolation and loneliness. This person is married to a fellow Light Warrior. As I responded to him, even marriage is not an insurance policy against the gnawing bouts of loneliness in this mission.

We ARE isolated, even around people. I have just asked my neighbor to turn down their loud music. They are using a skillsaw outdoors (I don't mind them using building equipment) but they had the music turned up loud to hear it over the sound of the skillsaw. Who does that on a warm day when their neighbors have all their windows open...??

My full day in 3D world yesterday left me feeling exhausted beyond belief. I felt as if I had lived three days in one. Sometimes it really is too much to be out there amongst it. I would much rather walk by the beach or go for a swim than negotiate 3D life with all its noise and irrelevance.

Finally, yesterday I experienced a big timeline jump. It was partly influenced by my 3D excursion, and partly by an interaction with someone who suddenly fell off my timeline (hopefully temporarily). 

It was liberating to wake up this morning and determine the criteria/strategies that will allow me to stay firmly on my 5D timeline despite unexpected jolts. It involves setting very strong boundaries. I won't budge on my commitment to honor my timeline from now on. Not for anyone.

As Pam Gregory said, 'Life magnetizes to us. It will flow. It will naturally arrive in our reality..' 

Therefore if something/someone is not flowing naturally/magnetizing in your life, it is not on your timeline. It is that simple.

    Sierra, the email you received reminded me of something a Star Sister said to me. She had met her Soulmate (maybe even Twin Flame). They are great together and I can tell they love each other deeply. But she said; "Even Andrey didn't make the loneliness go away". I have been haunted by visions in meditations and dreams of a woman for many years. (I even had several psychic friends describe the same person as in my dreams.) I tried looking for her. I realize now I wasn't ready. The Divine shining in my heart is the only thing that can truly end the feeling of loneliness and isolation. When I remember and shine that Love and Light I know she'll just magically appear...🪄♥️⚡

      CC, like you I believe the only thing that truly ends the loneliness and isolation is connecting to Source. Twin Flames are still ascending individuals with their own unique journey of soul evolution. We learn so much about separation on the lower timelines, and it is often extremely painful. Thank goodness it is only temporary, and illusionary. Love and Light, and warm wishes to you in Michigan from Down Under.

    One of the 10 ways to love, in the meme from Maria, 'enjoy without complaining' can be easy if you know how. I often spend a lot of time before going out on a walk complaing about the weather and other things, but when I'm finally outdoors and get into the flow of walking, the complaints are gradually forgotten. Then I may meet someone walking with their dog and it's easy to say hello to them and especially the dog. I have seen many times that dogs are the best at enjoying without complaining. I think that dogs (and other animals) are teaching us how to love if we have forgotten it. Thanks for the meme, Maria🙏

      Torsten, I too connect with dogs on my daily walks. The foreshore path I frequent is very popular with dog walkers. Their owners often might not see me (invisible!) but the dogs always do, along with little children.

    I resonate with everything you wrote about. This past week has been really tough having to deal with 3D things on my own. That makes me feel lonely and isolated trying to figure out how to pay for unexpected problems that come up around the house and car. I love animals....they do help us so much. Sorry about your noisy neighbors, I sure know how that feels! I thought of you swimming in that beautiful ocean water, that lifted my spirit to think about that. Love and Light, Betsie

Spectacular Cloud Ship Pics

Blog reader Phud sent me these spectacular photos of cloaked starships over Florida.  Here is his explanation. As he said, often pictures do not do justice to these experiences. 'As a combat experience aviator I have witnessed strange, unexplainable, physics defying, aerial phenomenon in the course of my career. Reporting those type sightings always ended up as "Classified". This occurrence was in that vein.   The pictures really don't do the event justice.' (Phud)   There are starships called rainbow starships. They flash red/green/gold lights at night. They often sit low on the horizon for extended periods of time. I am sure many of you will resonate with this Ascension list. I certainly do.
