'Ascension Is Not Escape...'

Thanks to Aidan for sending me this excellent post about Ascension. Highly recommended.

I strongly resonate with this excerpt...

'...Embodiment is staying instead of checking out. It’s regulating instead of reacting. It’s allowing emotions to move through you without letting them run your life. It’s learning how to sit with discomfort without numbing, bypassing, or turning it into a spiritual story...'

For five years, my key lessons have been learning how to regulate instead of react, and how to sit with discomfort instead of numbing or distracting.

I could write an entire book about my journey with those two key lessons.

This morning I said to my dear friend Walt, 'It feels as if all my nerve ends are spikey...' My nervous system feels wired, as if I am plugged into an electrical socket.

I believe it is the result of intense last minute past life clearing. I am dredging the bottom of the barrel, scraping out every last bit of residual karmic baggage. And it ain't fun.

No wonder we Light Warriors are experiencing exhaustion on an unprecedented level. This morning I drove into town at 10.30am and thought, 'Right now, I could turn around, drive home and go to sleep...' I was that tired, at 10.30am. That is NOT me - and those who know me well will attest to that statement.

A Light Warrior friend is a real estate agent. He has to muster all his energy to not constantly yawn in the faces of his clients...! Want to hear something funny..?? I yawned while writing that sentence...!

There has to be some humor in this marathon movie as we limp/dance/sprint/crawl (take your pick based on your current energy level) to the rolling of the credits.

Light Warriors - we...are....AMAZING.

WE'VE GOT THIS.

Where We Go One We Go All

  1. That’s so funny about the yawning. I can have a great nights sleep and be sitting with a client at 8am and the yawning starts. It’s a bit embarrassing. Once it starts it is hard to stop. The other week my cat yawned which was a chain reaction and it set me off 😝
Love, light and truth to all 🥰🤗💐🌺

  2. Myrtle, I had a great nights sleep last night, but it didn't stop the yawning and extreme tiredness. Yes, it is hard to stop yawning once you start...! Love, Light and hugs to you. Hoping for sunshine for both of us tomorrow...!
