    I’ve been very busy lately, so I’m glad that I can catch my breath a little bit today. I had no idea that we’re already on drop 3 of the UFO files, that’s so exciting! On a separate note, I have recently figured out how to connect with my heart space in the past few months. I know that sounds strange, but I really was “doing it wrong” for years. We all have a heart chakra, as well as a high heart chakra, and they serve different purposes. Whenever I would try to connect to my heart, I was connecting with my high heart, which is higher up in our chests than the heart. For so long I thought that connecting to my heart just didn’t work like it did for others; it was supposed to calm me, soothe me, center me… but I just felt more emotional, or my anxiety level wouldn’t change. That’s because the high heart chakra is the energy center that processes and releases emotions. No wonder I wasn’t feeling calmer! I don’t remember how it happened, but one day when I was trying to center myself, I got a nudge to push my awareness down further, closer to my stomach. When my focus drifted over my real heart chakra, wow…! The difference it made was so immediate, I could feel God’s love flooding my body and relaxing me, and I have been able to successfully calm myself down during very stressful work days many times now. I feel so grateful for this new skill, I know it will come in handy in the future!
