Wishing you a joyful Lions Gate 8/8. The energetic intensity is currently at its peak and will remain heightened for approximately the next 48 hours. This surge is lasting longer than anticipated, with a projected peak around Sunday. Integration of these energies typically requires about 72 hours, allowing the body to adapt and re balance. With this timing, some may not feel fully integrated until around Thursday. During this period, you may experience lethargy, changes in appetite, or a variety of other sensations as the four bodies physical, emotional, mental, and energetic as they respond to the shift. Honor this passage, surrender to the energies, and allow them to support your transformation. The intensity may be profound for 48 hours. The human body, with its current genetic design, is well equipped to integrate these energies at the cellular level, where much of this progress is unfolding. Spending time in nature will greatly support and accelerate your adaptation and give you some relief. In short, be gentle with yourself, stay grounded, and let the process unfold naturally.

I love what Liv wrote in her tarot reading...'Old habits, connections, possessions, jobs, ways of thinking, IT ALL MUST GO...' She put that last phrase in capital letters for a good reason. Lions Gate feels like the door finally closing on the 3D timeline.

Be brave Light Warriors - jettison everything that is holding you back, whether it is redundant clutter in your home or toxic relationships. The Lions Gate portal is the perfect opportunity for a fresh start.

Finally, speaking of bravery, today I have been reflecting on what an incredible act of bravery it is for we Light Warriors to get out of bed every day and face Earth 3D life in full CONSCIOUS awareness. 

Many of us have been living this way for decades. No wonder we are weary. We don't get a break when we are fully conscious 24/7.

Spectacular Cloud Ship Pics

Blog reader Phud sent me these spectacular photos of cloaked starships over Florida.  Here is his explanation. As he said, often pictures do not do justice to these experiences. 'As a combat experience aviator I have witnessed strange, unexplainable, physics defying, aerial phenomenon in the course of my career. Reporting those type sightings always ended up as "Classified". This occurrence was in that vein.   The pictures really don't do the event justice.' (Phud)   There are starships called rainbow starships. They flash red/green/gold lights at night. They often sit low on the horizon for extended periods of time. I am sure many of you will resonate with this Ascension list. I certainly do. We Are Preparing To Receive The Masses

This morning I was explaining to my friend Bev the purpose of this new blog. We in this community have moved ahead of humanity - not in an egotistical way, but in a practical mission move.  Coach Jerry put it so well in his excellent guest post.
