How To Stay Sane: The D Word

I am half way through the first of three quiet days and already I feel...tranquil. 

Now that's a word I would not have used to describe my mental/emotional state a few days ago.

I can see where I was going astray before. I was attempting to do too many things at once, all while my head was spinning with multiple thought loops. It was a toxic mix and I am relieved to have moved beyond it. Salutory lesson - and isn't that why we come to 3D Earth school in the first place..??

Staying sane at the pointy end of this mission can be summed up in one word: Detachment. Detachment, detachment, detachment. It is attachment that causes so much heartache, whether it is to a certain belief system, a strongly-desired outcome, or your favorite sweater. This too will pass. Everything passes.

Speaking of passing...I know, I know - I don't do intel, but this was just too juicy to pass by...

I had such fun at my AA meeting yesterday. There was a huge amount of recovery amongst just a handful of people - most of us had over 30 years sobriety. Talk about laugh, and I mean belly laughs. People with long term sobriety know how to laugh - and it's usually self-deprecating humor. It made me realize how important it is not to take Ascension seriously.

    One of our neighbors' son repairs old cars and sells them. He lives in Sweden now, but he had parked an old car in the parking lot in front of our entrance, which we like, because then no one else can park there, (we don't have a car ourselves). He knows that; that's why he parked it there, but it was sold yesterday. His mother said to me and another neighbor that there would be a new, old car coming soon. I said, 'great, so could it be a green one next time', and we laughed. I got tears in my eyes from laughing🙂

    I love that meme so much! 😂 My sense of humor is very filthy, and can get quite dark at times. However, I still need to work on not taking ascension so seriously; I send myself into a depression sometimes, looking at all the tiny details in my life that are somehow wrong in my eyes. Perfectionism is a huge fault of mine, being a Virgo rising.

      Wow, Anael, I was just thinking today - I have a real problem with perfectionism. I am constantly focusing on what is wrong/lacking and totally ignoring the vast percentage of things that are right/abundant. Let's work on it together...!

    So glad you’re feeling refreshed already Sierra. Keep it up. That light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter. It’s just very slow arriving but it will arrive. What was that advert, “It won’t happen overnight, but it will happen” You should remember that over Sierra 😝

Spectacular Cloud Ship Pics

Blog reader Phud sent me these spectacular photos of cloaked starships over Florida.  Here is his explanation. As he said, often pictures do not do justice to these experiences. 'As a combat experience aviator I have witnessed strange, unexplainable, physics defying, aerial phenomenon in the course of my career. Reporting those type sightings always ended up as "Classified". This occurrence was in that vein.   The pictures really don't do the event justice.' (Phud)   There are starships called rainbow starships. They flash red/green/gold lights at night. They often sit low on the horizon for extended periods of time. I am sure many of you will resonate with this Ascension list. I certainly do.
