I have had discussions with several Light Warrior friends about the above message. We can all resonate with it. In fact, I can resonate with everything on the list.
I was chatting just now with Myrtle about the list. I said to her, 'Sometimes I feel so exhausted by the 3D/5D dance, I just want to be put into a stasis pod on a mothership and woken up when it's all over...'
Okay, so I would miss all the action - AND the opportunity for the accelerated soul growth I have acquired through this mission. But sometimes it can all feel a bit much.
How do we cope...? That is an excellent question. I will let my dear friend Walt answer it...
Walt works on farms as a contractor. Yesterday he got so exhausted by the energies, he did something he has never done before while at work. He lay down for ten minutes on the grass and dug his hands into the soil. He GROUNDED. He felt much better afterwards.

DeleteAs mentioned in Ashtar's message I have had visions of the negative so called leaders and influencers malfunctioning and disappearing. In particular our Virginia new ds governor. She is in the planning stages of undoing everything our good governor just did. I have seen her either being publicly arrested for fraud and how she get her position or announcing a catastrophic health issue that causes her to step down and disappear. 🤔

DeleteIt's always good to know that we're not alone in these reactions to the energy coming in. Yesterday, Scott and I moaned and groaned about achy bodies and fatigue we were suffering. Ok, so we're in our mid 70's, and feel that frequently. But yesterday added ear ringing, indigestion, and mood swings. I know this is part of the plan. But I wish it was easier. I can appreciate your wanting a stasis pod, Sierra! But look at the joy we'd miss in each other.

I too wish it was easier but this is the process of ascending in our physical bodies. Please send me more amazing pics..! I love them! Hugs to you both.
DeleteMy take is we are in stasis pods and our minds are navigating our Avatar body suits. There have been a couple of Star Treks showing this and of course the "Avatar" movie. When our Avatar is sleeping we might just pop out of our stasis pod to continue our mission work on our ship. Great memes and looking forward to reading the article/message links. DeleteI think it sounds possible, that we are 'dreaming' this life on Earth, while sleeping on our ship. Maybe that's why meditation in various forms (it can be walking in Nature, greeting the sky, the birds, the trees or listening to the sound of the wawes coming to the shore on a lake) can make me relax so much that I am able to allow life here to be how it is😺🌷🛸

Torsten, it is very possible that we are 'dreaming' this life. We are certainly in a movie, we know that for sure. Like you, when I am in nature, or my quiet space, I too can just allow/acceptance life as it is. Sunshine here today! Love and Light to you.
