That last meme is personal for me. This morning I had a big anxiety wobble. I managed to recover very quickly with the support of a dear Light Warrior friend. Thank goodness our recovery from emotional wobbles happens much quicker these days. Nothing sticks around for long in these intense energies...!
What did I learn from my wobble...? I learned that when you dig under the 'symptom' of anxiety, there is always a big TRUTH hiding. During an anxiety wobble, authenticity briefly leaves the room. As soon as authenticity returns, the anxiety vanishes in an instant. That is what happened this morning. I set aside my authenticity.
I forgive myself. I am doing the very best I can. Everything is a learning experience on our Ascension journey.
Hang in there, lovely Light Warriors. The global situation is heating up. We knew this time was coming.

ReplyDeleteIt is great that you got through the anxiety and came back again on the other side. Anxiety is a well known thing for me - and it feels like a victory when I get back to the real me. I think that it's a visit to a lower frequency than what I'm used to and it feels so unreal and lonely to be there.
The first of Jalquin's pictures looks like an old chinese water color an the other one is an uplifting sunset with big calm cloud ships, sailing peacefully over the sky.

Torsten, your description of anxiety as a visit to a lower frequency is spot on. That is exactly what happens. It is a rare experience for me these days so most disconcerting when it does happen. I am so grateful for the rapid recovery. Thank God...! Love and Light to you and Hanne from cloudy NZ.
