    AQ: Love without boundaries becomes permission for abuse; light without discernment becomes denial of truth. The goal isn't to become only "light" but to become complete. You integrate shadow to anchor more light--not by denying it. Rejecting darkness/shadow prevents wholeness. True growth demands wholeness through integrating light and shadow. Love & Light alone won't suffice.

    I came away from AQ’s channelling quite confused. I feel I am doing things right but after listening I feel maybe I’m not. I will have to listen to it again to see how I feel after a second listening. Hmmm. Love and hugs to all 🥰🤗🌸💐

      Myrtle, I think the Arcturians are talking about people-pleasing, keeping people in our lives beyond their 'Best By Date' etc etc. In other words, equating 'Love and Light' with putting other people's needs ahead of our own. For older Light Warriors who have been around for decades (like myself!), I can totally resonate with it. I only started working on my chronic people-pleasing about six years ago. Before that, I cringe at how I used to be. I hope that is helpful to you. Hugs from Top of the South.

    Yesterday I saw a poster for the movie 'Disclosure day' on the local bus stop, with the words, 'We deserve to know'. I am not going to the cinema to see it, but it's a rather cool poster, I think🛸When I say love and light, I see it as a prayer where I wish for more love and more light in a world that needs it. But darkness is needed too, as the painters know, a fine painting has both light and darkness in it. The balance between the two gives life to the picture and makes it interesting.

      Torsten, I won't be going to see it either. There are still many unanswered questions about how this movie fits into the narrative. Dark to Light sums up the agenda of the 3D Earth school. It has been a profound learning experience. Pleased it is nearly over...!! Love and Light to you and Hanne from night time NZ.

    I enjoyed AQ’s message, will listen to it again. Discernment is key as well. When we are aware we are people pleasing we can stop and many times if something is asked of us (especially family members) we need to feel if it is something we feel good about. Learning to say “no” is difficult for a lot of lightworkers. Saying “no” can actually save you a lot of stress. I recently had a sister asking me to get involved with some A.I. business. I played with the A.I. for a bit testing how it works and answers based on what info I give it. I didn’t feel good about it and I slept on it and my dream showed that it wasn’t for me. I was shown it lacked authenticity, intuition and ancient wisdom that our galactic ancestors’ embody.
