Finally, last night I watched a Pam Gregory astrology video. I can't remember which one. Pam was talking about having a personal mantra to counteract negative thoughts. Pam's mantra is 'Fun and Freedom'. I thought about it and decided that my mantra is 'I am living in Joy' .
This morning as I responded to blog comments, I saw that Indigo urged us to live in joy. How about that...??
WE'VE GOT THIS.
Where We Go One We Go All
Love and Light

I have had some days in a row where I have (more or less) lived in joy. Of course there was some moments of the same old misery, but I shook them off and went on. My wife has said too, 'So, the day became a good day after all'. And our old cat also showed signs of joy; he ate more than usual and enjoyed being out in the sunshone in our little backyard several times🐈Today it's raining, but I enjoy that too for now.
ReplyDeleteLove and light🧡🌟
Torsten, I think there is potential with the incoming energies to have more good days if we look for the joy. We will still have our ups and downs because of the intensity of the energy, but overall I believe we are getting lighter. Love and Light to you and Hanne.
DeleteThank you Sierra and all. Liz’s mantra is "We are so loved. We are not alone" 🥰🌺
ReplyDeleteMy mantra that I say every morning is, “I am the light. I am the love. I am the truth. I am.”
Love and hugs to all 🌺🥰💐❤️
Liked: I am the light. I am the love. I am the truth. I am. Love and hugs to all.
DeleteBrenda Hoffman: "Learning to walk happened naturally without dictates from adults, books, or religious affiliations. It just was, and so it will be now."
ReplyDelete> Of course, learning to walk involves falling down again and again--which is uncomfortable, confusing, distressing, tiring, and discombobulating.
> So, here we are now asking repeatedly, "EXACTLY WHEN will we learn to walk?" and "How many times do we have to fall down?" Answer: In our individual ascension from crawling to walking, we keep falling down, as long as it takes, UNTIL we learn to walk.
As BH says, "There is little you can do to force yourself to become a new you. ... There is no text or meditation that will hasten the process."
