Short post today, not much to report.

Quick Ascension 'symptoms' update...LOUD ringing ears in the last few days...dizzy spells...sense of discombobulation being in 3D settings...don't like any of my clothes...itchy skin, driving me crazy...food fads come and go...strong aversion to certain smells. Thankfully I am sleeping deeply every night, probably from sheer exhaustion.

      Myrtle, isn't the ear ringing crazy...??? I can't believe how loud it has been for the last two days. It has started raining here and it's a relief to listen to something else...!!

    I wish I could say my ears are just loud. Lately my ears are constantly SCREAMING. I find rather debilitating. My ears vibrate and my teeth buzz. It's 4:16a.m. San Antonio, Tx time. It also provides me with dizziness and sometimes nausea. I'm so ready to get off this ride.

    I don't have the loud ear ringing, just a soft frequency ping occasionally. I wonder if the intensity has to do with where you reside in the realm? At times I want to pull my skin off from the intense itching. Dizzy and discombobulated for sure. AQ's messages and this blog help a lot. Thank you Sierra and all contributors and commenters.       Possum, sometimes the bouts of itching are almost unbearable. I have no idea why it is happening - this is all new to me. It feels like my body is trying to shed its skin, like a snake.     Zachary Fisher's post about all the versions of ourselves that we have been was great. He said that the different earlier versions of himself have brought him to where he is now. They made mistakes but learned from them and he will not try to erase them, but rather thank them for all the 'work' they have done to make him the man that he is today. After reading it I thought that there is a version of me that respects and loves himself and that version of me has been there all the time, but in some periods it has been 'behind the scenes' when the other versions were out in the spotlight, often doing silly things and creatng difficulties for themselves. These days it feels like the one who respects himself is trying to be visible again. It could be due to the energies that become more and more 5D in the world now.

Spectacular Cloud Ship Pics

Blog reader Phud sent me these spectacular photos of cloaked starships over Florida.  Here is his explanation. As he said, often pictures do not do justice to these experiences. 'As a combat experience aviator I have witnessed strange, unexplainable, physics defying, aerial phenomenon in the course of my career. Reporting those type sightings always ended up as "Classified". This occurrence was in that vein.   The pictures really don't do the event justice.' (Phud)   There are starships called rainbow starships. They flash red/green/gold lights at night. They often sit low on the horizon for extended periods of time. I am sure many of you will resonate with this Ascension list. I certainly do. Insight Landed With A Thud

I want to start by thanking you, lovely blog readers.  What an amazing community! I've been incredibly humbled by the outpouring of love I have received since my previous blog was removed. It felt like the entire blog community wrapped me in a giant bear hug. I am still glowing from the effects. Which brings me to the purpose of this, my second post. For decades I read books that emphasized this point in one form or another: Only LOVE is real. I understood it intellectually but somehow it never landed solidly in my heart.
