Personal Ascension Summary Time...
The heart palpitations are back. I do not enjoy them. Also, I often feel hungry, completely unexpectedly. I eat a meal but I still feel hungry. This is not typical for me. And the dreams? Bizarre.
I am investing much less time in people who are not bothering to match my vibrational energy. Conversely, I am investing much more energy in heart-centered people who are reaching out to me. It is called discernment. I am practicing it moment by moment. I am CREATING my 5D world with every choice I make.
Finally, the Nordiqa post in the previous post featured a meme. It had the words I TOLD YOU SO crossed out (for after the SHTF). These are the replacement words...'I'm sorry the system and people you trusted have lied to you...' Brilliant. Those are the exact words I will use when my sleepy loved ones suddenly snap awake.

DeleteIndigo, I am sure we Light Warriors are hopping in and out of dimensions constantly now. It explains glitches like heading for the fridge with the milk - and ending up in the bathroom instead. What happened, I glitched out of 3D while heading to the fridge, and when I came back I was somewhere else...!!
DeleteA good thing about the weather is that you know you can't control it. It just lives its own life and you don't have to feel responsible if its raining or sunshine, you can relax, let it be and spend your energy on something that makes you happy🙂

Torsten, I am learning to tolerate the weather much better, even if at times it is not to my liking. This too will pass. One good thing about Ascension, everything passes very quickly! Love and Light from night time NZ.
DeleteI have a particularly bothersome ascension symptom. My teeth ache. Particularly the ones with crowns. I asked my spirit team if I needed to go to the dentist. They said that the Lion's Gate has the molten center of the earth spinning extremely fast. It's pushing the electromagnetic field to expand, so metals are responding. Like my crowns. This was a new symptom for me.

Delete(It's Belle writing here! ) Yes, hungry, hungry after my meals and I like to have a 14 hour fast between evening and breakfast, but can't do it at this time! Also have to say my teeth have been aching to and my jaw, but overall I am feeling so so much lighter and my body "looser" in its movements (I am in my 70's) and my body has never felt so good in years and my exercise/food have not dramatically changed - so roll on the light codes! Also a vision I had the other day, another vision of the "inner Earth Sun" but this time it had exploded outward throughout the Earth itself and reached through the surface. And for any Australians reading this, a dream last night that I had, was that Australia had been "isolated" and was fending for itself but told only for a short time & then it will "rejoin" with others. And before I sign off Sierra, I have followed your blog for a long time and have picked up some marvellous posts etc. Thank you for all your time and effort, this little bunny appreciates it! Belle

That's when I am not being swept with a wave of Ascension tiredness...! I am betting that NZ is included in your dream about Aussie. I have always felt that Australia and NZ would be last when it comes to the big changes. Which would explain your dream of us 'fending for ourselves' for a short while. Love, Light and hugs. DeleteYes I live in Australia; definite ex Pom! I truly believe that we are becoming more of a "lighter" body and it is easier to tune into one's body and shift pain etc.. But at this time it is one of a "bag of all sorts" when you greet the day with all this shifting! Yes, I believe that N.Z is on that same change line with a much healthier connection to Aust. in the future. One day I hope to visit your neck of the woods other than on the internet docs, as it fascinates me. There is a Youtube channel called "Let's Go" with Terry that did some lovely travel blogs on N.Z (as well as Australia), & wetted my appetite! Have had a bit of trouble getting in to your blog to comment in the past so have used my darling partner's account & promised not to bring him into disrepute!
