Ascension Thoughts Update...And More...

It has been a while since I wrote a personal Ascension update. Here goes...

Phew...!!

I don't know where to begin. I thought the energies were intense before, but that was kindergarten stuff. I am currently immersed in Post Graduate level 'Surviving Final Phase Of Ascension'. It is definitely not for the faint-hearted.

I frequently feel dizzy, easily overwhelmed. I am constantly pausing to recalibrate my nervous system. Sometimes it feels as if my soul will leap out of my body, just to get a break from the tension. 

This week I had two horrible nightmares. I have not had nightmares for many months. I am having occasional headaches - once again, not had those for many months. Oh, but no heart palpitations, so there's a plus. And I am enjoying food, another plus.

I have zero tolerance for thoughtless NPCs. This morning a woman cycled towards me on the walkway. She was looking away from the track at the sea view while biking towards me. I stopped her, and told her off.

However there are many wonderful things about Ascension. Nature is particularly beautiful and serene. I feel surrounded by love from soul tribies, friends and family. And last night a passing starship flashed me three times. THREE times...!! There is so much to be grateful for on this crazy turbulent journey.

Focus on gratitude and tolerate the rest. That's my way of getting through each day.

    Wow Sierra, thanks for sharing your personal experiences. Must be a super low tide with all of those boats on dry land. Cool ship pics. I will be at a Hippy Fest all day tomorrow wearing some fun whimsical hippy clothes and listening to some good 'ol classic rock tunes. I am hoping the Amish soft pretzel and doughnut booth will be there. It will be interesting observing behaviors. ☮️ out...

    Thank you Sierra and all. You have a mighty list of ascension symptoms. I’m exhausted and not sleeping well is about all I have. Pickleball this morning was great and most people were engaging. Yay. It’s another hot one here today. Love and blessings to all ❤️🌺👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩🥰

      Myrtle, I forgot to add exhaustion...! Last night I sat down to watch one of my favorite movies, 'Sense and Sensibility'. I got half way through and fell asleep..! I will finish watching the other half tonight. So glad you are enjoying pickleball. Warm up here, but not as hot as where you are. Love, Light and hugs.

I want to start by thanking you, lovely blog readers.  What an amazing community! I've been incredibly humbled by the outpouring of love I have received since my previous blog was removed.
