Today we will speak about discernment. This is a topic relevant to the times you currently navigate.
Your airwaves are flooded. Many, many directives are being laid out for you to “follow”. The noise is inescapable, and some of it will reach most of you at some point. It won’t matter, or rather, it doesn’t matter if you intentionally watched or listened to something. You will feel it.
The energetics on your Earth are right now in a highly receptive and extremely active mode. Everyone feels it, even if they are not connecting it to anything specific.
The reason “discernment” is the topic for today is because at this moment in time, all of your senses are intentionally being bombarded. Some with positive intentions, some with another purpose. The result, for you, will be like nothing you’ve ever experienced or dealt with. Not in this lifetime. Not in any other lifetime.
Your Earth undergoes complete transformation. As Builders, you are keenly aware of the switch from a foundational blueprint of fear to a foundational blueprint of love.
You have used your intuitive senses to choose, spread, feel, and generate love in all of your decisions, actions, and relationships. You know what love feels like. You know what fear feels like.
You have looked at and challenged a hierarchical controlling system whenever you felt aware of it and able to. These are systems and methods you are familiar with. You are familiar with the control.
What comes next for you at times will NOT be familiar to you.
Because of your fear-based programming, anything unfamiliar will generate fear or apprehension on some level. It is not possible to take corrective or truly helpful action when fear dominates your psyche. Remember that.
The reason so much of what comes towards you now is unfamiliar is because you are being manipulated. You do not know the capabilities of those who are hanging on for control, because they have been hidden from public view. This was done so that the controllers of Earth’s fear-based matrix could always pull something shocking out of their bag of tricks if they needed to rein you back in; to keep you afraid to disobey. The technology available is so much further advanced than your wildest imaginings.
What you will need to do, my dear, dear Builders, is practice discernment in every case. When something in front of you, either visually, spoken, or situational, causes fear on any level – STOP. Check your emotions. Dig deep and look at what is causing this fear response.
Do you know this to be an actual threat to you or your loved ones? How do you know? Who is telling you this?
While you are checking the source of the fear, do whatever you can to center yourself, ground yourself, and remember your essence. You are human beings on Earth right now holding more power than any broadcast, hologram or mandate.
The reason things are ramping up on the fear side of things is because YOU HAVE ESCALATED THE LOVE FREQUENCY. Make no mistake about this, my dear ones. Those in control at the moment are having to “pull out all the stops” to try and meet you at the frequency level you emanate. They cannot control this uprising, and they know it.
They will not give up. This will be a disagreement for a long time. But, my dear ones, it is important to remember that love expands and fear contracts.
This means that you will be at your most powerful when coming from love. This means that the fear-based things have no choice but to concede and retract. Their usual tactic of loud and scary isn’t working for them, not on you, not on anyone. Their days of control are over.
Yet discernment at all times is needed. At any inkling of fear, check yourself. Think. Regroup. Center. Just send love if there is no time to think.
Sending love throws everything out of order for those interested in fear and control.
Just send love. There is nothing more potent.
You are in for such a treat. It will be worth every step taken.

DeleteWhen our senses are intentionally bombarded—by competing narratives, synthetic media, and fear-tuned stimuli—advice to “just send love” is potent. Why? Because it interrupts the contraction that the bombardment of fear is designed to produce. Fear narrows attention, raises compliance, and fragments people into reactive camps, ones which selfish actors can better exploit. Love, an expansive response, does the reverse: it restores the pause needed for reflection and, at scale, biases individuals towards coordination rather than isolation. Under our current information bombardment, the same media & AI tools used, at scale, to spread fear/lies can also be used, at scale, to address those fears/lies. Love refuses automatic contraction. It leads to massive cross-checking and challenges of the bombardment of fear/lies. Love is an expansive stance, turning individual discernment into widespread cooperation and collective leverage. Sending love therefore does not ignore the bombardment; it refuses the terms of the bombardment. Love obsoletes the flood of stimuli via creating larger, better-connected responses. In that sense there is nothing more potent: it is the move that raises the ongoing cost of unaccountable/exploitative influence, while lowering the cost of clarity.
