Finally, I got in such a tizzy this morning that I felt overwhelmed. I was running around in circles, not achieving anything useful. I stopped mid-spin and asked myself: 'Are you finally going crazy...?? Is this it...??' 

I am usually calm and extremely disciplined. That is how I am able to post every day. This morning I felt as if I was having an out of body experience. At one point I checked in the mirror to see who was there...!!

I am finding this strategy very useful when I start spinning out and feeling overwhelmed. I pause, take a deep breath and ask myself: 'What are my choices here...?' Suddenly I am back in control again - not running after my life at frenetic speed down the road.

Hang in there, lovely Light Warriors. Today's White House intel is a significant marker. We have waited a long time for this exciting development.

    That treadmill meme reminded me of something my friend went through this week. She didn’t fall asleep on one but fell off one. The gym was busy and she split her lip, banged her head and chin. She was dazed from the knock and not one person came to help her or even ask if she was ok. There were people on treadmills either side of her. I was gobsmacked. A personal trainer eventually came over but it was out of his “scope of practice” to help her so had to call in a lifeguard from the attached pool. My first reaction would be to help. This is a perfect example of the 3D world I do not want to be a part of. Love, light and truth to all 🥰❤️💐🌺🌸

      Wow, Myrtle, that is such a sad story. Oh my goodness. How could those people in that gym just stand there and not rush up to help her..?? There was an older woman on the walkway today who looked a bit unsteady in her gait. I approached her and asked if she was okay. She was fine, just using a new walking stick and was adapting to it. It is common courtesy to help. Bring on 5D...! Love, Light and hugs to you down there.

      In my view since 80% or more of the population are NPCs this is a prime example. "They" are following "their" program and your friend's fall was not in it. It is so weird and sad though.

    Yesterday my stomach was upset, I had a headache and very light headed. All I could do was lay around. I feel better today and still light headed like I am not quite here. Wherever here is?
    The equinox sure is a temperature demarcation line. The temps will be more comfortable for a while. I pealed off my window treatments. Bubble wrap and reflective film and now I can have a full view out my windows, thank goodness. I can turn off my heat pump and just use the windows for regulating the inside temps for now. 😊

      Possum, I had an upset stomach a few days ago, and have also had occasional bouts of vertigo. Yesterday I felt really hungry for no reason. And some day I am so tired I could lie down in the splendid field of daisies in a nearby reserve and sleep the day away. This is quite the ride, isn't it..???
